With our return policy, we offer free shipping on products that were delivered between the time the customer received the products, up until 30 business days after. Customers can Email us (BOWman_Archery@bowman.edu) their return order and our employees will send a return label to the Email used. Customers that are returning products after the 30 business days, will be personally responsible to pay for the shipping at that time. If our customers are completely unsatisfied with their orders or their service, they will receive a full, money back guarantee.
